 Were looking for recording secretaries to fill positions in 
              Orange, Los Angeles and Ventura counties. We need top quality, professional 
              people who have excellent writing skills and who have access to 
              IBM-compatible computers with email service.
 Above all, were looking for intelligent, dependable 
              people who present a professional image and who take pride in their 
              work. What Youll Do
 As a recording secretary, youll be assigned to one or more 
              accounts. Youll take minutes at homeowners association board 
              meetings. Meetings are held one night per month, Monday through 
              Thursday evening. The average length of a meeting is two hours and 
              usually starts between the hours of 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. You are paid 
              an hourly wage for time spent at meetings only.
 After each meeting, youll transcribe the minutes 
              and email them to us. You must send the minutes to us no later than
